Dr. Linfeng Chen is a candidate running for Howard County Board of Education 2022 election. He is a structural engineer with a PhD in Applied Mechanics and an active volunteer in HCPSS, Scouts, and AAPI communities. He has lived in Howard County for 11 years and has three children in HCPSS currently enrolled in elementary, middle, and high schools.
