My testimony on Superintendent’s submitted attendance area adjustment for HS#13

On September 7 evening, I testified in front of the Howard County Board of Education concerning the Superintendent’s submitted attendance area adjustment for HS#13.

My position has always been: we must heed the lessons from the 2019 redistricting and should avoid moving students further away from their community.
